I've been to this location twice, which was two too many. The first time the sandwich didn't taste good, but maybe that was just personal preference. I decided to give them another try because I didn't want to drive far (the choices in Payson are quite limited). The sandwich I ordered was around $18 and it consisted of mostly bread. There was literally one thin slice of turkey on most of the sandwich. I freaking love Jimmy John’s especially because they’re so fast. However I placed an online order for ASAP around 5:10 we showed up to the store at 5:35 and have had to wait more than 15 minutes for our food and the drinks and chips were not prepared. Very disappointing
