I recently visited Jimmy John's and had a generally positive experience. The staff was polite and greeted me warmly, which made a good first impression. The food, as always, was very good. However, during peak hours, the wait time can be longer since the team prioritizes online orders over in-store customers. There is some cocky employee that works here but it looks like he may be mistaken for a bar, nightclub or a sports arena since that’s where it seems he should be working. Why the poor attitude and bad service? You’re making sandwiches and getting peoples orders out and updating your system, and taking order not reinventing the wheel. Absolutely not. Ironically enough, a very similar review I have to share about the same, disrespectful "manager" at this location, is exactly what I see within the reviews. I came here today towards the late afternoon / early evening after a grocery run within the same area, and decided to get two sandwiches for an order pick-up. I arrived and waited to see something in their pick-up area, but didn't see anything for a while so I simply went inside.
