I finally understand why my wife speaks about Jimmy John's with such nostalgia, thanks to the incredible team at the FiDi location. This was my first time ever trying JJ, and what an introduction! We ordered the Beach Club and the Ultimate Italian, and both sandwiches were amazing. The bread was fresh. Ingredients tasted high-quality. Really disappointed as this was my first time here. I ordered a sandwhich for $8.58 and got one slice of Roast beef ? I respect and understand food and beverage requirements to servings but the price is outrageous for the serving .
Servers were patient with special requests.
The team here does a great job of offering fast, efficient service and they clearly care very much about their customer experience. Just stopped in for a fast lunch as I’m new to the neighborhood, and was so pleasantly surprised to be so well taken care of in such a quick-service environment.
Sammy and Justin were great!
