I’ve been to this location several times and I’m very excited to have Jimmy John’s in SD county. I used to live by the one in downtown which I hated but this one is excellent. Superior made sandwiches that are correct every time I order on the app. Employees are always friendly too.
What the heck did I do to you to deserve this? Their Cubano was literally the saddest sandwich I’ve ever had. No exaggeration here, the bread was 75% of the sandwich. The meat, cheese, and pickles accounted for at most 1/8th of an inch. Honestly it feels personal. I have never seen such a glaring disparity between the image advertised and the product received. Absolute robbery. Clearly this IS how you roll and you shouldn’t roll this way. JEESH
I went to get lunch for my spouse today. I went inside to order and everything was pleasant. I paid using Google pay but did not Tip. When my order was complete the person who took my order threw my sandwich on the counter with a wonderful non pleasant attitude. If you are upset because I did jot tip, remember this. The sandwich was so delicious! The location was clean, and we didn't have to wait for our food. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we went inside.
