The prices on their menu in the Drive-Thru are much lower than what they actually charge on certain items. When I asked him to honor the price they told me "no" very surprised at a national chain would have false advertising.
First time at JJ's, and I told the worker that. From the list of "freebies" to add to the sandwich I ordered kickin ranch but on the side bc I didn't want it to be soggy since I orders it toasted. Then the girl told me it was gonna be a $1 extra for the ranch, even tho it's on the "freebies" list, so I asked why and she said it's bc its on the side... like, what?? Got the sandwich. It Wasn't toasted. Told them and they didn't offer anything, just made me wait while they remade it and it looked worse than the first untoasted ... read more
Sandwiches are a tiny. But the taste is pretty good. Like the variety though. Bread is nice and fresh along with the rest of the ingredients. Reasonably priced as well.
Ordered 4 subs spent, total cost $50 bucks. What a waste of money. The employee's do not pay attention to the orders. None of the add ons we asked for were on our sandwiches. The tomatoes were old and soft. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend this location.
