I ordered a Turkey Tom, a small sandwich for $10. Got home to find absolutely no turkey on my sandwich.
Come on. I ordered on the app with my topping selections on my sandwich’s and they still get the order wrong. Indicated NO Jimmy Peppers and it’s still included in one of the sandwiches. My kids couldn’t eat the sandwich because of the peppers. Drove all the way from Mira Mesa and found out at home. Man, I am disappointed. Now I have to go out and get something else for my kids to eat closer to home.
For years the nearest JJ's was in OC, but in recent years Kearny Mesa opened up and now we have Carlsbad and Escondido. It's clean, it's new, the staff is friendly. I've been a fan since 2016 when I was eating there on the east coast and to me it was my place before Jersey Mike's exploded. They seem to be faster on the online ordering when it's busy than when it's slow. Great sandwich’s
I’ve been to this location several times and I’m very excited to have Jimmy John’s in SD county. I used to live by the one in downtown which I hated but this one is excellent. Superior made sandwiches that are correct every time I order on the app. Employees are always friendly too.
