Exceptional food
I go here whenever I can. Glad this chain is finally making it down here. I love there bread. Service was good and everything was made correctly and fast, ordered on their app so it was ready when I got there. Thanks s
Walked in at 7:20 PM, nearly two hours before closing, and wasn’t even greeted properly. Instead, I was immediately told they had already shut down the toaster and only had enough bread left for four sandwiches. Apparently “open until 9 PM” doesn’t mean they’re actually prepared to serve customers until 9 PM. Nothing says great customer service like turning people away while you’re still advertising that you’re open. Talk about a disappointing experience.
I ordered a Turkey Tom, a small sandwich for $10. Got home to find absolutely no turkey on my sandwich.
