Jimmy johns is my fav fast food.. but this place i guess didn't care about mobile order sequence. I placed my order, walked across the trucking parking lot, went to the bathroom, noticed when I got to their area they had a long line. I politely waited until the 10 guests went through then went up to ask if my mobile order was ready. I was told it'll be a few minutes. I had to wait over 15 minutes while all the in store orders were filled before I got my food. I'm sorry but shouldn't the mobile order makes for ASAP be filled ... read more
Amazing staff, food was freaky fast. Store is always clean when I come in and order all the time
