Staff is so extremely rude. We were in the Sarasota Airport. The customer in front of us caught attitude because they put mayo on his sandwich when he asked for it plain. My wife got fussed at because she was confused. I made it through pretty easy but our friends right behind us came away from ordering complaining about their attitude as well. I love tuna fish subs, and I have tried many of the chains in my travels. Subway is the most convenient option, but it can range from okay to awful, depending on whether the store is located in a large or small area. The small towns can be awful. I had a tuna sub at one place where they dumped the tuna out of the can with no mayo or other seasonings. It was tasteless. Jersey Mike’s is good, but if made Mike’s way, it can be a soggy adventure, and they are the priciest of the bunch. I don’t find a Jimmy John's much in my trav... read more
I ordered a small turkey club at SRQ airport. It had little if any turkey and one slice of cheese at one end of the sandwich. Absolutely pathetic and damn sure not worth $10. You should be ashamed

utter chaos - not busy, I got my expectations up...two families ahead of me ordered 4 sandwiches each - staff didn't call an order number - wrong family tried to take others order - staff didn't mark sandwiches, they had to unwrap them to determine who's they were - afterward they saw me waiting for my #10 ...didn't ask for order # just "what sandwich did you order" - they had 2 staff at cash register fumbling/ no clue how to place an order - the two young men (mgr's?) were aloof, grudgingly tried to half heartedly help out ... read more
