Ordered at 8pm on door dash. The store waited to call me 3 min to 9pm to tell me they are closed.
Didn’t even get my food. Waited in the drive- thru for atleast mins and wasn’t even acknowledged. Then called the store and they told me they had a large order and didn’t offer anything other than that. Completely ignored and didn’t get my food. I’m a biggie and I just wanted my sandwich
Went through the drive thru: unprofessional staff member. If you dont want to work, stay home.
This Jimmy John’s location is the worst. The food is made sloppy. The people working there are unprofessional.
