Freaky fast as advertised
Man, sucks to leave this bad review, but the service here has completely tanked. They did indeed used to be freaky fast, but now it takes 40 minutes minimum to get a delivery, and half the time they don't give me my drink. I'm not exaggerating, they've 'forgot' my drink at least a dozen times out of 20 in the last 6-8 months or so. Sadly I don't think I'll be ordering from this location anymore. You figure they'd at least remember my drink if I'm gonna tip 25% lmao
I had put a order in they said it would be a 45 min wait already started with a horrible experience there then I waited two hours and call them back just for them to say they put the wrong address and cancelled my order with no update honestly a waste of time and energy don’t come here
We’ve been sitting in this drive through for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. It’s paid for but we have no update when it will be available. We have things to do today and don’t want to spend our entire Saturday sitting in the Jimmy John’s drive through. This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to.
