Called in an order, not sure what the issue with the employee was but he was incredibly flustered by my asking what all veggies comes on the club LuLu. I had asked for extra bacon, I totally understand there is an additional cost. As I'm talking to the guy and giving him my card number, he never confirmed the total with me. 03/06/2026:ZERO STARS!!! My order was out delivery for 50 minutes and I live LESS THAN A MILE away. It has still not been delivered and since the store is closed now, I can’t get a hold anyone. They did however mark it as delivered in their app so… where’s my delivery? My order did not show up. I was trying to give this location another chance but I HAVE ONLY been disappointed. This JJ's deserves way more than a 3.4. Always quality sandwiches, I always go drive thru which is super convenient, and everyone is always nice!
Ok so I know it’s just a sandwich but I just had such a hard day and whenever I order JJ’s at work in Boulder they NEVER give me mayo packets, and always always without failure screw something up. This bag I just got, I kid you not, was packaged with love. My sandwich actually was customized exactly how I ordered. It was great service and literally made my day.
It was one of the best BLT's ever!!!!
