I’ve been a long time visitor here, I have not had any bad experiences. They now have hot sandwiches which is nice touch. Tried one of the new hot roast beef ones however, unfortunately I was not aware / did not see that it had horseradish in the sandwich ingredients & I cannot stand that topping/condiment. I called the store & mentioned the issue, I was willing to pay for another sandwich & they gave me another sandwich at no charge & really took care of me & my customer experience & satisfaction!
