Went in the store for a Togo order and I’ll just say the staff was great! 3 younger kids and they did a great job! I had to ask the names: Loki, Raymond, and Gavin, keep up. The good work!
Well now I understand the low reviews - if you order from this location check your entire sandwich first before leaving! They forgot half of the sandwich - I ordered a #9. They forgot the onions, vinaigrette, oregano, and the ham! (How do you forget an entire portion of meat?!) Nothing frustrates me more than when I leave and then of course I don’t get my meal I wasted over $18 on because things are not done right.

HAD AN AMAZING experience when all I was looking for was a decent lunch. Went over to jimmy John’s having a rough day and Ally not only turned my WHOLE day around, but helped me make great food choices when my brain was too overwhelmed to decide. Not to mention she’s so sweet and uplifting and the store is so clean!!! Will be back at least once a week!
