Have ordered multiple times from this location and have received the wrong sandwich multiple times. If you order online it is not put together great and don’t bother ordering a drink, more times than not, it won’t come. I understand mistakes but repeatedly getting orders wrong/ missing items with no response is unacceptable.
Continuously doesn’t make sandwhiches as customized $4 delivery and takes over an hour to receive when I’m not even far away let alone tried to serve me EXPIRED food. Do not go here
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve never in my life felt like more of an inconvenience than when I walked into the store for lunch today.
A worker named Devin helped me and he was so nice, knowledgeable about the menu and the inclusions on it!! BST jimmy John’s I have been to(: good people
