Demarcus was extremely friendly and running everything in the shop. Answering the phone, making orders, taking cashier orders and did it all with a friendly smile even though it must have been overwhelming. One of the delivery drivers, tall guy on a mixed delivery driver/in shop shift came in yelling at him after he asked him to tip out. The delivery driver was extremely rude to the workers and guests, also yelling at me for driving quickly through the alley to go into the shop.
The gentleman that was working behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. We had a catered ordered and I added 2 more sandwiches last minute. He had everything ready to go when I arrived. There were very specific requests and he didn't miss anything. All the sandwiches were delicious!!
Love a solid JJ stop. The predictability of what you’re going to get and how quickly you’ll get it are *chef’s kiss*
Just want to say the staff was so kind and helpful! Pleasant experience that made me feel good inside.
Kinda bland, and I paid for a full price sandwich and he told me he couldn’t toast it because it was a regular mot a special sandwich. So it was cold not by choice
