Like others say, the food is going downhill. Bread wasn’t fresh and seems to have less toppings than before. I wouldn’t pay full price but for a deal I’d go again.
This location is usually pretty reliable, except with their delivery when they outsource it to Uber. Seriously, that’s the dumbest decision ever. My orders have consistently arrived late, and the Uber driver never knows where to go in my apartment complex. So I’m hunting them down, every time. Even when I send very clear instructions. My latest delivery just took over an HOUR, because they outsourced to Uber. They never make your delivery priority and are already out doing runs when JJ sends them your delivery. This Jimmy John's is usually pretty good. The bread can be kind of hard but everything else usually is really good. Today they gave me a sandwich with NO condiments? Completely dry besides the tiny bit of avocado the put on there. And then I go to eat the pesto salad and of course it tastes weird bc it EXPIRED today. And then you can't even submit an issue with the order bc there's literally no option for that???? Jimmy John's app sucks
I don't think I've ever had a delivery from where something wasn't missing from my order. Whether it was a drink, the chips, a pickle, or a cookie, something is always missing, and they just offer a store credit, but you can't use that through the app. So who knows how much "store credit" I have lying around from undelivered food.
