Normally don’t leave reviews but when you order 3 sandwiches and every one is wrong I feel a review is necessary. Ordered a sandwich and paid for extra toppings & I did not receive any of those toppings (peppers, ranch, cheese) Also asked for no tomato’s on one and they even marked the wrapper no tomatoes, yet they had tomato’s on it. Not to mention the bread was super dried out. I live an hour away from this location or else I would have gone back to get it fixed.

Ordered delivery last night. My delivery never arrived. I tired to call in last night but the line gave a busy signal, and still getting a busy signal today. Trying to get a refund & figure out what in the world happened! A day later there is a charge on my credit card. I followed the link and filled out the report. Still no resolution! Phone line Still gives a busy signal. Has the phone number to this chain, changed? Super unprofessional!
Fast service and accurate too Great sandwiches; great bread. Always skimpy on the meat (at any JJ location); about the same as Subway; about half the meat of Jersey Mikes
I don’t usually post this stuff but I ordered a wrap. There is literally one slice of meat on it. All lettuce. Manager said it’s all proportioned. Regardless, this is pathetic and super sad.
