Stupid fast
I like going and getting sandwiches to go. They are always tasty and hit the spot!
We usually pick up our own food and will probably stick with that from now on. We decided to try delivery this time, but it took almost an hour to arrive. The store is 7 minutes from our house. Both of our toasted sandwiches were cold by the time we got them, even after calling twice for an update. The associate we spoke with wasn’t very personable and assured us the food would stay warm because of the bags they use—but that clearly wasn’t the case. This review is more for me, as a reminder to never visit again. The food is 2x overpriced, the bread is stale, and the filling is lacking. About once a year, I forget why I avoid JJ, order a sandwich, and my memory comes rushing back as i take the first bite. Never, never again. (if you want to share this with the owner, please do, but I'm not taking any further action.)
Staff is always pleasant! They are fast too! Food is made as ordered & delicious! Thank you all for thecgreat food, service & smiles!
