Typically I love Jimmy John’s but my last experience here was subpar. My sandwich was missing the tomatoes and I pulled off the bacon because it was slimy and gross. My potato salad was also only half full - not sure if they were out between batches and decided that about 50% was close enough or what but all around a let down from a place I typically really enjoy. Appreciate the response with the submission form. I have gotten a Code 413 error when submitting.
We ordered sandwiches for delivery today. I've had issues with this location so much I've essentially sworn off Jimmy John's entirely and only get it for certain circumstances like being sick and not wanting to leave the house in this case. It took over an hour to arrive, I eventually checked my porch for my food which was there, but there was no knock, call or notification it had arrived.
