Went in on 9/62025 with a small group of my friends. The three of us saw that the store closes at 7:00 pm. When we went in around 6:00 pm...they told us they were closed in a rude manner. No banner nor note nor nothing indicating they closed early. If there was a no star option...id give it
Quick and fast delivery and great tasting sandwiches, whether with or without bread. I recommend the gargantuan sandwich 🥪 I did say they were delicious, but if it taste funny, it is cause they are doing something wrong to the food, trust your tongue 👅
Stopped in for a quick bite on my way out of town. The guy who took my order mis-heard me, and put in my order wrong. The guy making the sandwich realized the miscommunication and made sure to correct it. I appreciated the attention to detail. I ordered the ultimate Italian and it was ready in less than 5 minutes, was delicious, and filled me up and got me on my way.
Tried this location for a quick lunch. JJ always tastes amazing for fast service sandwiches. Got their Italian Wrap which was made and ready within 5 minutes. Great customer service
I don't know if this is an isolated incident or an across the board issue at all Jimmy Johns restaurants. The one thing I can't stand on sandwiches is mayo. Today I ordered the Vito because I love the combination of ingredients. On the menu board it specifically says "NO MAYO" The first few bites were delicious and then the sandwich started tasting odd. I lifted up the top slice of bread and saw mayo was layered on. So is your menu wrong or if I get the same sandwich do I just need to order it without mayo?
