Ordered just a sandwich and it was taking a bit longer than usual, so I called up and they very politely explained that they were very understaffed at the moment, I just just thanked them and we hung up. When I got my order they had put a cookie and bag of chips to make up for the wait. Thanks yall!

HORRIBLE PERSON VERYRUDE TO ME RUSHED MY ORDER AND WHEN I WENT TO GO PICK UP THEY SAID THEY COULDNT FIND MY SUBS ?? VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS FOOD WAS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY ALSO
I recently ordered at this location and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. I was having trouble deciding on sandwich as I have not been in years. Ryan and Zach were incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me to a sandwich that turned out to be amazing! Their kindness and attentiveness made the experience truly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service in Dearborn and delicious sandwiches, I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back!
