I always place my order in advance using the app for pick up. I typically place it at least five minutes in advance. Three out of the last four times I didn’t receive my order until 20-30 minutes after the order was placed. I have had to sit anywhere from 5-20 minutes to get my order. The latest order was made incorrectly and we didn’t notice till we got home to eat it.
