I went in and ordered 3 sandwiches 2 chips and a soda and I thought it was a little more than I should have paid. Come to find out they added a sandwich on the order that I never even asked for. When I asked for it to be taken off they told me the cant individually take a sandwich off and they can't refund anything. Then asked if I actually wanted the sandwich. I said I paid for it so yes I want the sandwich. On top of that they had no ice in the soda machine. Terrible service today.
I live 1 mile from this location. This is at 3 pm… I gave them my address on the phone. I ordered delivery, they told me it was going to be 20 minutes until it was there. 30 minutes later I got a text message saying my uber eats driver was enroute to pick my food up. It shows an additional delivery ETA of 30-45 minutes after already waiting. I call Jimmy John’s to clarify what is happening, they say they subcontracted it out. Made an online order waited two hours for the delivery I called and they never even started to make it
My sub was out of this world, guy at the cashier was amazing!!! He was cracking jokes with us, give that guy a raise… toast it next time!!
