Had an issue with an order being incorrect. Usually the service and food is always accurate and great quality. Thanks to Izzy for making it right.
Two orders in a row messed up in more ways than one. This location has gone downhill. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. Curbside means curbside. Upcharged add-ons forgotten. Disappointing. No napkins. Ugh.
The online order status showed that the order was out for delivery and then delivered but it did not actually get delivered. About 15 minutes after it was said to be delivered it arrived. The drinks and sandwiches were brought into the house and we found that there was soda that was spilled all over the inside of the bag and the sandwiches. Stopped in for a Sub Sandwich with my wife are Subs we on point ! And the Pickle and Chips !
I went in and ordered 3 sandwiches 2 chips and a soda and I thought it was a little more than I should have paid. Come to find out they added a sandwich on the order that I never even asked for. When I asked for it to be taken off they told me the cant individually take a sandwich off and they can't refund anything. Then asked if I actually wanted the sandwich. I said I paid for it so yes I want the sandwich. On top of that they had no ice in the soda machine. Terrible service today.
