The guys working were extremely slow. We waited over 30 minutes and after waiting for 15 minutes they asked what our order even was. No one deserves this type of customer service. We will make sure to not go to this Jimmy John’s again.
The older guy working there was working by himself from what I could see. He was wearing gloves took my cash payment and gave me change then without changing his gloves proceeded to make my food... I'm sorry that was just gross. He was definitely old enough to know ( not a kid at his first job) he needs to change his gloves after handling dirty filthy coins & bills. The staff and the manager here are all very friendly, they greet you when you come in, my order has never been wrong, and no matter how busy they are, it never changes the level of service they provide.
The place is always clean as well as the restrooms. The staff are always efficient. Thank you guys! You are always so nice and quick! Keep up the great work!
