I had to do a review because the attitude of Vanessa just was not pleasing. I come to the Jimmy John’s pretty frequently and I’ve never had an issue with anyone here. I always act the same question before I place my order if the bread is soft all the way around And how long has it been sitting. She proceeds to say that it’s still soft. Just left Burnsville Jimmy John’s and heading to a different location because when we walked in the man and the young girl were doing online orders , made eye contact but not once acknowledged us or said a word . We stood there for maybe 5-6 minutes then just walked out . Terrible customer service and energy .
Went there with my friend. At the burnsville location in the strip mall across from the Cub foods. Ordered a giant #10 and a giant JJBLT. Came to like 45 before tip. Proceeded to get the #10 and a sandwhich we didnt order they had messed up, so they started making the " correct " sandwich and the black lady with tattoos behind the counter said " damn why did you guys order so much food anyways " with an annoyed tone in response to needing to make the other sandwich when it wasnt even her making it she was just in the backgro... read more
