Just left Burnsville Jimmy John’s and heading to a different location because when we walked in the man and the young girl were doing online orders , made eye contact but not once acknowledged us or said a word . We stood there for maybe 5-6 minutes then just walked out . Terrible customer service and energy .
Went there with my friend. At the burnsville location in the strip mall across from the Cub foods. Ordered a giant #10 and a giant JJBLT. Came to like 45 before tip. Proceeded to get the #10 and a sandwhich we didnt order they had messed up, so they started making the " correct " sandwich and the black lady with tattoos behind the counter said " damn why did you guys order so much food anyways " with an annoyed tone in response to needing to make the other sandwich when it wasnt even her making it she was just in the backgro... read more

I ordered online, food was ready when I came to pickup. Sandwich was exactly how I ordered it.
Got food here today it was okay, it's crazy it now costs $26 for one unwich and a basic sandwich with small bag if chips, no drink.
