Always good food, always good service at this location.
I had the worst experience. I have only been to Jimmy Johns one other time. The customer service was terrible. She was rude. That was the worst sandwich i have ever had. I asked if it could possibly be fixed. The woman was rude. Denied me the opportunity to fix the problem. I work in the food industry so I was calm and nice about it and it got me no where. I will never go back there no matter how hungry I am. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. Management needs to look into this store. The employees need h... read more
