Ordered a ham sandwich (pepe) with ranch instead of mayo and got horseradish instead, idk how they screwed that up but what a way to ruin a sandwich and waste my time.
I mostly order delivery but have waited over an hour bc my food was delivered somewhere else. Ordered pick up today and half my sandwich fell apart in the bag and I had to go inside to ask for the pasta dish. They offered to remake my sandwich but I didn't care enough. At least all the ingredients made it in the bag I was more concerned for my missing pasta dish I paid almost $3 for Also last time I ordered delivery I got none of the add ons I ordered. 44th Jimmy Johns— the only sub place we go. Excellent service and delicious subs— especially the new Cheddar Beef toasted sub.
Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Super disappointing when you expect “freaky fast”. Should probably encourage following the standards that are supposed to be in place for excellence and consistency among all stores.
