One employee working at lunch time on a Sunday is outrageous. He was trying his hardest and no fault to him at all, but as a company you all need to do better. Your company motto is “Freaky Fast” I waited 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Pay people a living wage so you have enough staff to operate.
Their food is good but you need to find another location. 30 minute wait for two blts with literally two people in the dining room. No food on the pickup shelf. I have no idea what they were doing for 30 minutes other than making my food. When I saw no food on the shelf, I walked up to the pickup side of the counter and asked if I picked up online orders there. They asked who it was for. Love their sandwiches! Especially the Beef & Cheddar and Club Lulu. They corrected the sales tax issue immediately after my review. Thanks.
6/21/2026 - Today is definitely not an ideal day to visit this location. Customer service is extremely cold and very much less than horrible to treatment for customers attempting to support their brand/service. Whoever manages this place needs more training . It took me 30 mins to get one sandwich. They claim it was a catering order, but what sandwich takes 30 minutes to make? The employees had no sense of urgency, racking up a line of people and moving as slow as possible with this “catering order”.
