Called twice in an hour and a half waiting for my sandwich both times was told driver was on their way and 10-15 mins away. Finally called a 3rd time to get a refund and they said their driver is back and gave me some nonsense excuses. An hour and fifty minutes went by without an update only to find out I'll be skipping lunch today. You guys are terrible.
The delivery took 45 minutes because the used Uber, from the time it left to store to my house.
Ordered ahead on the app so it would be delivered by lunch time. After waiting an extra hour and 15 minutes and 3 phone calls to the store. They finally remade the order and sent it with a different driver. I understand that it was the original driver's first day, but as the store manager said "he wasn't familiar with the area and didn't understand much English" sending him out on his first day alone, does not set up your employees for success. They did a great job on making our sub sandwiches. It was fast and tasted great. The new Jimmy Kickin ranch chips great flavor little spicy but not too much. I think if you ate several in a row without having a bite of Sandwich between, they'd get a little more spicy. A similar flavor to say hot wing sauce and Ranch mixed. I would get them again. My husband that's not a fan of anything spicy would not like them.
