The manager Tristan ( I think that was his name) was awesome. Best customer service I've had in a long time anywhere. I love their bread.
My wife's order was not made correctly (not toasted) so we called to have it remade. I arrived at the store 6:45 pm 05/02/2025 while my wife called since we only lived a minute away. To my surprise, the manager (young, short, white girl) and a male worker (tall and scrawny) decided they would bad mouth my wife not knowing her husband (me) was standing right there. I tried to get one of their Hot Sandwiches cold and I was told that Jimmy John's doesn't allow them to do that. I asked why it's cold before it ever gets hot anyways and I didn't want a hot sandwich tonight, but the people 8nside were very cool and professional but you gotta do better Jommy John's that's why your not getting any business at all and your store is always dead!
Jimmy John's bread is fire. I al just gonna screw up my guts. Just saying
