It was the slowest I have ever experienced. No one was even making sandwiches they were somehow all restocking????
Very very slow service. A handful of employees moving slow and seemingly uninterested. No other customers in the store, except for a catering order. Took about 15 mins from entry to exit without a line.
Consistently can’t make their sandwiches to JJ’s standards. Thought the first time was just bad luck on my part but I guess not. They failed on back to back orders. Really needs some attention.
I can barely hear the drive thru employee. The last three times something was wrong with our order. Slow and not friendly
