Placed order 24 hours ago for pickup today. Arrived on time and my order was not ready. Employee explained she was working alone and would get to it when she had time. These orders are for customer appts that’s why it’s important to keep my orders placed timely and I gave plenty of notice and paid ahead of time- this is why I often choose other subs shops. JJ customer service has really been failing

The food is good but the service displayed by staff is stellar. I work really close by so I'm here once a week minimum and the staff is always on their A Game.
