I had to come on here and leave a review! I am in awe of the redeeming satisfactory I received from the manager of this location today after I had a mishap with my order and unfortunately didn’t notice until I had gotten home. I had given them a call and spoke with the manager directly regarding this concern and issue with my order. She went above and beyond!! Had a great experience at this Jimmy John's. The service was fantastic—the lady at the counter was awesome. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area again.
Awful JJ's location with pitiful service and incompetent staff. Came in to grab two quick, easy order sandwiches, one being a slim. Confused employee messed up the register and had me redo my order but couldn't comprehend a slim turkey sandwich with cheese and mayo. Finally I was told that they won't add mayo to a slim sandwich- but they give it on packets to add yourself. 15420 Rt. 59 Jimmy Johns/Plainfield FREAKY FAST....NOTHING> What an absolute joke of a food order!! I ordered at 6:22 and 7:00 I called to see where my order was and I was told to calm down my driver was "out" with the order. It is now 7:15 almost an hour after I ordered my food and it is still not here!!! They have caller ID and are not answering when I call. Pathetic.
