If I could give no stars I would I was part of a wedding and half the food was missing. Jimmy John’s would not refund the bride for food she paid for or deliver since the venue was out of range. It was a complete disaster. I’ve worked in the food industry so have an immense amount of empathy and compassion, but this was completely unacceptable and there was a total lack of accountability.
This location screwed up an order for a wedding party last Sunday. The bride paid for two boxes of sandwiches and an assortment of chips. Due to it being, ya know, her WEDDING DAY, the bride sent the wedding planner to pick up the order who was given only one box of sandwiches. Once back at the venue, the bride noticed and immediately contacted Jimmy John's. Just met the rudest salesperson ever
Google says they close at 9 but they were already closed at 8:15. Wasted my time.
I really liked all the poster and the saying on there walls great atmosphere and I'll be back. The sandwiches were great and the employee was great very good
