A different customer accidently took my sandwich and opened it. When they realized the mistake and brought it back up I asked, 3 times, that the staff remake my sandwich as someone else had touched it and the employees declined doing so.
I order once a week from this store. Not sure they can read. Done with this place.
I have ordered from this location several times. Not once do they get my order right. Ever. The sandwiches are put together so incredibly lazily. This is the last time I'm ordering here.
I regularly eat at Jimmy Johns all over the country. And this is is the slowest and most unfriendly franchise I've encountered. And the parking is just awful. Next time, we will be going to Schlotzkys across the street. (Dining companion #1 ordered immediately before me. He received his sandwich and finished it before dining companion #2 and I even received our sandwiches. This is not freaky fast. It's frustratingly slow).
