This was my first time visiting Jimmy John’s and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. I mentioned to the staff that it was my first visit, but I didn’t feel welcomed or guided through the ordering process. The cashier didn’t acknowledge that it was my first time, and I had to ask about the rewards program myself instead of being informed about it. Nice service
I just love this place.
No French bread at 7pm. Already overcommitted the resource. Best they could do was a wheat sandwich with two slices for $8. I won’t be back.
