I’ve given this location more than one chance, but unfortunately the same problems keep happening. I’ve ordered online several times now because it’s supposed to be a convenient way to customize your order exactly how you want it. This was my first time visiting Jimmy John’s and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. I mentioned to the staff that it was my first visit, but I didn’t feel welcomed or guided through the ordering process. The cashier didn’t acknowledge that it was my first time, and I had to ask about the rewards program myself instead of being informed about it.
