I order from this location frequently and always love the service, but I ordered my food for delivery at 3pm. I am on a time crunch today and only ordered Jimmy John’s for its speed. It wasn’t delivered until 3:50 leaving me with only 10 minutes to eat. On top of that, I received the wrong side with my meal. This seems to me to be a failure on the management. Y’all need to hire more drivers so they aren’t having to take as many orders at once causing longer delays.
Food is great, employees are extremely nice even when they’re super busy!

The little girl that took my order was rude kept turning her back as I was ordering and constantly saying “is that it” & my sandwich wasn’t even made right with four people working & there was no one else ordering .
