Real good sicilian melt.
They must have new management. As this once fiercely fast and efficient eatery has dropped the ball. Maybe one day they’ll get it back. Slower service and mediocre customer facing staff. Update: Sept 14th 2025 placed another online order for me and a coworker, and arrived in the drive-through line about 15 minutes after placing the order. The one constant is JJ. Nwver have we had any issues arise. Until today. Over an hour to get order, plus the wife drive to store looking for said order, only to be told Meh yeah busy oh well. Not a hey oops we got slammed. No ONE would even answer the phone. So I paid for delivery, oh and got to see Main St. Lewisville. Just not good. When my wife was at the store the young lady would pick up phone then lay it down. Checking JJ off the go to eatery.
Hayden, David, and Jamari did a phenomenal job of customer service!!! They were welcoming, excited to be at work, helpful, fast, really great experience!! I had to leave the Flower Mound location due to a poor experience but this Lewisville location did a great job!!! They deserve the praise because their customer service is amazing!!! Thank you greatly!!!
