Problem isn’t Jimmy John’s. It’s the terrible Uber driver that I had to chase 1/2 down my street to get my order. I don’t think she can read. I have no clue how she got a job w Uber. I finally stopped her at 930. I live at 922. It also took her 20 minutes to drive less than 2 miles. Terrible. Sandwiches were cold and soggy.

They must have new management. As this once fiercely fast and efficient eatery has dropped the ball. Maybe one day they’ll get it back. Slower service and mediocre customer facing staff.

Arrived at 9:45pm to get a quick drive through sandwich and was told the toaster had been turned off so the sandwich wouldn’t be toasted (as it’s supposed to be). Coming from someone who worked in the fast food industry, if your sign says 10, you shut things off at 10. That’s what good customer service is. If you want to leave at 10, get a different shift. Went to your store the other day, I was a walk in customer. I odered a sandwich and asked for extra onion and extra tomato. As usual, the sandwich was made freaky fast and, as ususual, it was WRONG. The sandwich had no extra tomato and NO onions. They're ALWAYS WRONG. From now on, because this isn't the first time, I will go to JERSEY MIKES..
