Order on the JJ app. Waited 30 minutes for my food that was supposed to be delivered by uber. Never showed. Called the store and they said they would remake the order and have a JJ driver deliver it. 30 minutes later still no food. I called the store again to have them cancel the order. Tasty sandwiches! 🥪
I went to this location twice this weekend. On Saturday I went inside placed 2 orders. The staff making the sandwich was rude, unfriendly towards me. I asked if she can put extra mayo on one of the sandwiches. She gave me no response, just looked and made the sandwich. The other order i didnt bother to ask for extra mayo. I asked the cashier of the upcharge for a different side, the lady making the sandwich responded saying it's extra if you don't get chips. I paid and left. But the overall experience was bad. The music in the store is soooo loud and obnoxious that I couldn’t even hear the girl taking my order at the counter. I couldn’t even eat in there. I think maybe they do this on purpose so they don’t have to see customers for very long. The sandwich was ok but I won’t be back
