I ordered a #1 for carryout. I received a sandwich with hard bread, and the mayo on my sandwich looked like it was oozing snot. I called the store - not to ask for my money back or to get a new sandwich, but to simply let them know the quality of food I received. Manager Cameron was very volatile and asked why I didn't call previously. I ordered delivery that took well over an hour. Which is not on brand at all. In addition to this for some reason the driver called to let me know he had arrived but he didn't. When I tried to call back he kept forwarding my call. Don't play with people's time, money, and food..... Although I did get a refund. My lunch hour is over, service was bad and I'll never order from here again....
Used to order from here when they could actually deliver on time, but not anymore. It shouldn't take nearly an hour for my sandwich to be out for delivery, let alone waiting even more time for it to actually arrive. My last 5 deliveries have taken nearly an hour and my most recent order took 90 minutes, which is concerning I live less than a mile and half away.
