I went in the store today to order a sandwich. The lady that waited on me was so nasty and dirty. Her clothes honestly looked like she worked in a mechanic. Shop will never go back here.
This is the second time I’ve been at this location and the second time I’ve had issues. The last time I came here, around 6:30 PM, they said they were out of most bread even though the store didn’t close until 9 PM, they also charged me incorrectly for the “mini” sandwich I purchased. This time I was the only person in line and apparently nobody inside and I waited a good 10 minutes for two sandwiches. Remember when JJ used to be freaky fast? I am re writing this review about a year ago I said that the other review were right. I am now saying this place had a major shift in staff. It’s a lot better now than a year ago. I ordered my sandwich and it only took 6 or 8 minutes to get out. The staff were friendly and I had a pleasant time there. If you haven’t been there in a while, go back and try it.
