I pulled up at 6:57pm. Google says they close at 8pm. Door was locked and employees inside looked at me and quickly looked away. Tried to get their attention and they ignored me.
This location on 750 Gravois Bluffs Blvd needs to shut down. They can't even stay open past 7:30pm. Put a better food place in here or pay your employees better money. Then maybe more people would want to work here.
Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes, had 2 cars pull through right before me. I finally pulled up to the window at 7, just to be told rudely by the red head “Um, we’re closed.” I said “I was sitting at the speaker 15 minutes beforehand though?” and she rolled her eyes and shut the window. This location will never get better, no matter how many owners they go through. It’d be helpful for you to change your hours online to match what your employees tell us as well.
