Hard to run a successful sandwich spot when you run out of bread so often… not an isolated occurrence from previous reviews
Ordered a sandwich no tomatoes and no mayo. Get my order and take it home. First bite and it has mayo. Call the store and they say no problem we'll bring you a new sandwich. Great. They bring new sandwich along with cookies and chips. Open the wrapper and it has tomatoes. Not a big deal for me. I took them off. Different for someone with an allergy.
Placed an order at 750pm and the doors were locked by 8, even though it says they close at 9. Paid for two sandwiches and when my husband tried opening the door, it was locked and the worker just ignored him, THEN hung up on us when we tried calling. Absolutely horrible customer service. I want my money back.
Open until 9pm. Got there at 7:15pm and they were locked up. Employees waved mouthing they were closed.
