Repeated myself multiple times in the drive through, no onions add mayo and hot pepper. The sandwich had onions, no mayo...
Found plastic in my grandson's mouth with the sandwich he was eating. Thank God I saw him before he swallowed it! I took the rest of the sandwich, the plastic and the receipt into the store about 5pm today (Monday) and showed the manager in charge. He said "sorry " and will talk to the person that made it. I asked him if he wanted my information and he just said no. He didn't even as much even offer me a replacement sandwich!!! This attitude is grossly unacceptable!!!
I can not tell you how many times I have been met with literally no staff working and the place is closed in the middle of the day. Unreal a business could meet franchise requirements and stay in business.
