Food is fine, the big issue is the service. The teenage boys in the back did nothing but talk while one older man was running the entire restaurant.
Employees did not speak. Even when spoken to. They didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing inside. I will not go back to this location and spend a dime.
Never had such bad service at a JJs before, ever - and it's repeatedly like that. We usually drive through and still have issues. This last incident was the final straw. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of us and none after to pick up one sandwich we ended up leaving. They didn't even apologize when I knocked on the window and said to cancel our order due to the excessively long wait... At each visit I'm repeatedly told that they did not staff enough people.
