I get the lunch rush happens but we preordered our food but when we picked up our food they were super unfriendly and just making sandwiches not giving us the time of day. Plus one of our sandwiches were wrong
EVERYTIME THE DRIVER WITH THE GUY DRIVER WITH THE BLONDE HAIR HE STEALS PETTY DOLLARS OFF OF MY CARD AT THE END OF THE DAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. He just hung up on me because i told him he overdrafted my card for a petty dollar INSTEAD OF TEXTING OR CALKING WHEN HE’S IN FRONT WITH MY ORDER FOR A CASH TIP. I am struggling right now. I order from this location A LOT. My last 4 orders have been weirdly off - nothing overly big but just little points of service or quality that keep showing themselves. Ordered a combo today that online and on the drive-thru menu states $11.99 and then told $14.48. Tax is not that much. I'm told they are waiting for their new menus. I said you should be charged what the sign says and then get argued with by the "manager". I don't care about the $1.30 they overcharged me. I've been going to that location for 12 years, but that ends today. Absolutely horrible and some kind of transparent pricing fraud.
Would give zero stars if possible. The workers were very rude and there was hair and lint on the bottom of my unwitch as if it had been dropped on the ground or something. Very gross, I’ll just go to the Baptist church location next time.
