Employees did not speak. Even when spoken to. They didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing inside. I will not go back to this location and spend a dime.
Never had such bad service at a JJs before, ever - and it's repeatedly like that. We usually drive through and still have issues. This last incident was the final straw. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of us and none after to pick up one sandwich we ended up leaving. They didn't even apologize when I knocked on the window and said to cancel our order due to the excessively long wait... At each visit I'm repeatedly told that they did not staff enough people. I get the lunch rush happens but we preordered our food but when we picked up our food they were super unfriendly and just making sandwiches not giving us the time of day. Plus one of our sandwiches were wrong
EVERYTIME THE DRIVER WITH THE GUY DRIVER WITH THE BLONDE HAIR HE STEALS PETTY DOLLARS OFF OF MY CARD AT THE END OF THE DAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. He just hung up on me because i told him he overdrafted my card for a petty dollar INSTEAD OF TEXTING OR CALKING WHEN HE’S IN FRONT WITH MY ORDER FOR A CASH TIP.
