I work in DTO and frequent this JJ. Every single time i go in, the manager Mikayla (sorry if I spelled that wrong) is an absolute machine. This place absolutely doesn't deserve her and would likely fall apart without her at the helm day in and day out. Just the ither day we had a $200 order and the team tackled it like bosses and she lead the charge. Take care of her b/c if she leaves, you'd need to hire 2 or 3 more ppl to make up for the loss. Salute!
The atmosphere is just as amazing as everywhere in Orlando and the surrounding areas the people the places the faces they all ring with such a blessing soft smiles kindred spirits a true miracle
Doesn't allow customers to use restrooms until placing an order even with a line. Customer showed payment form and asked twice as it was urgent. Customer promised to place an order as soon as someone could take the order. Still no. What if your customer is pregnant or is ill? Left and went to a much friendlier establishment nearby. Will never go back and will never recommend this location
It’s crazy how hit or miss this location is. The workers here can be spiteful and will give you stale bread if they don’t like you.. or.. this place has stale bread during the 12pm lunch rush(seems insane right??) The woman who checked me out seemed to have an attitude because I just wanted to quickly order and her vibe was weird and hostile.
