We ordered sandwiches for a group. Great service and so nice to work with.
Usually I am not one to complain about anything .Last time I ordered online I didn’t receive one of my pestos ,I didn’t say anything because they usually are awesome and pack everything .That time I also asked for extra mayo packets which I did not get .This time ,my sandwiches tasted awful .I received no mayo ,no mayo packets and I asked for extra and my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted ,but it was more like they were burnt .The bacon tasted burnt .The guy at the window though was really nice ,but I won’t be back here
Took almost 1hr in a half for an order to be delivered. When called they said it was one driver that it was on the way. No compensation offered or anything. Poor customer service.
I love my local Jommy John's the workers are always great.
