Rude manager. A simple error on my part not realizing that the sandwich I chose was toasted. I asked for it to not be toasted, and was told rudely that I have to ask for that at the beginning of my order. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it. I reminded the female manager this and was repeatedly told “it’s on the menu” rather than her apologies for coming over the microphone rude. Terrible experience. Tried to order at the drive through and was told the speaker didn’t work well so we had to yell. Asked if I could pull up and order at the window. Could hear the manager saying “no” in the background. We ordered the $8.99 meal deal advertised on this locations website. The person accepting our order acted like he understood that we were looking for the meal deal. When we paid, we got charged full price. When we brought this up. If I can give this place zero stars I would customer service here is terrible short blonde hair girl has a bad attitude and extremely rude and the manager is a bigger girl with brown hair is even worse they both need to be fired you should not treat people this way smh
