Is there a manager here? Or just anyone that cares? Freaky fast? Order 20 minutes ahead, cause you know, 30 for lunch. Drove 10 minutes and they hadn’t even started it. Empty store. Four employees, one cutting meat, three standing around. When I walked in they scattered to the back like roaches. Imagine your only job is making sandwiches and you can't even get that right. Yikes I repeated my order twice, it was read back to me, and still came out completely wrong. 3.9 stars is way too high. I understand why there are so many apology responses from Jimmy John's owner.
Update (June 2026): Last year, I left a review because of poor customer service. Since then, I decided to give this location another chance, hoping my previous experience was an isolated incident. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Jimmy John’s today. I came in with my three young kids and placed an order with Charles. My total was $28.03, and I handed him $30 cash. He then told me he “didn’t have change.” Confused, I looked at the register and could clearly see money in the drawer. When I asked what he meant, he said he only had dollar bills and one quarter left. That still didn’t make sense because he obviously had enough change available.
