*****UPDATE****** STILL NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT! VERY PROFESSIONAL! I guess "The customer is always right" just doesn't exist anymore. I went into this particular establishment to order a giant Italian sub. I asked for the sub to be cut in half and toast 1 half. The cashier told me no but could not give me a logical reason. The manager overheard and repeated the same as the cashier. I then asked if I could have a logical reason as to why not? I said " If I purchased 2 reg subs it could be done?" The answer was yes. On Tuesday, I placed an order for delivery at 7:42pm. I continuously checked my door to see if my order was dropped off, it wasn’t. At 8:22pm, I called the store to see where my order was & the manager insisted it was dropped off. I kept explaining that it wasn’t at my door & she had the nerve to ask me “well did you get up off your couch and go look at the door for it.” First off, that was very rude.
