They have horrible customer service. I was sitting in the drive-through well over five minutes then when someone came to finally take my order, she couldn’t hear and I had to repeat it three times. I drove up to the window where they told me I had to go back to the intercom to place the order. I got extremely frustrated and just left. Won’t be back again

Manager is extremely rude. Do not recommend this location! We got a refund and walked out Wish there was a 0 star for them

The manager was completely rude. We went to the window less than a minute after giving our order on the speaker and we asked if the sandwiches are toasted, as the guy took our card, BECAUSE when we use to go to JJ’s in Matthews over the last 2 years they always asked if we wanted it toasted. He said no, so we ask can you toast it and he said let me see, then proceeded to hand us the bag and our card and said they were already made (that was literally it). Can't even leave a star. Worst place to get a sandwich. Visiting on vacation, stopped in to get food. Paid and was given my food. Got back to my hotel room and food wasn't even what I ordered. Beat out of 20$. Maybe the staff should listen to what customers order!
