I want to give a huge shoutout to the young lady (Ms. Austine) working at Jimmy John’s today. She was handling both to-go orders and in-store customers all by herself, and she did it with an incredible amount of professionalism, patience, and efficiency. I gave Jimmy John’s a second chance after a previous order went haywire at another location (club lulu order came without any turkey) this time the order came without cheese after paying extra for the addition of cheese. Even said it on receipt. What a joke.
For my first time it was pretty good... didn't care too much for the bread but the sandwich was good! Enjoyed it! 😊
