I went in for takeout, placed an order and used the wrong card on accident. The lady working the register had walked away briefly so I took the time to tell the chubby man next to the cash register, “Hey, could I get no veggies on my sandwich?” Then the overweight man said loudly, “HEY CAN SOMEBODY HELP THIS GUY HIS CARD DECLINED”. Not even acknowledging my request, now, embarrassed I switch cards and pay for my meal and abruptly leave. I will never go back to that store again, the staff is rude and unprofessional.
I placed an order on the app this evening. It went through on my bank account and even charged me twice. However it did not go through on the app to the store. I went in to the store and the manager was so nice. He explained that he couldn’t see it on his end and made my order anyway. He was extremely nice. I let him know if there was another issue I would come back in and pay if there was a glitch!
Went a couple days ago, got a sandwich, cookie, and drink. It was almost $27. I left a small tip for the man taking my order, after seeing the tip he immediately went over to someone preparing sandwiches and audibly complained about the tip right in front of me. This was extremely unprofessional and I believe that it is unrealistic to expect a large tip just for taking someone’s order. I will not be eating here anymore and I would just like to let others know that the employees may be very rude and complain about your option... read more
