My wife went in last week to pick up two sandwiches, chips, a cookie, and lemonade. She didn’t on the app because she would rather tip cash in person, she does this with everything. When she goes in the staff member calls out to her out saying, “Since you didn’t tip on the app you have to sign your receipt!” Which is 1. verbally calling out my wife and shaming her in front of staff and customers and 2. Only Jmmy John's I've been to that didn't cut my sandwich in half and said they couldn't cut be cause I had touched it. You can't see if it is cut without touching it. Gave me a week plastic knife to cut it my self. FIrst and only Jimmy Johns to give me a problem.
