Ordered for delivery. Put 'please ring doorbell', because our doorbell is very loud and I'm not near my phone every single second of the hour it took for the food to get here. They didn't ring the doorbell or knock and when I went outside to check if the food was there it was with a fly and a beetle inside the bag. Horrible service! They have been extremely slow when ordering food for delivery. Almost 2 hours now and status of the order just says received. Called the store and they seemed clueless. This has happened multiple times over the past few weeks. Order finally came about 10 mins short of 2 hours. No straws for my drink, sandwiches were cold, and the driver tried to ring the doorbell and leave. Never ordering from here again.
Foods good but customer service is horrible.
They completely missed up my order. Told people they were only allowed one sandwich a person etc.
