Foods good but customer service is horrible.
They completely missed up my order. Told people they were only allowed one sandwich a person etc.
As a former JJ manager of several years I always have higher expectations than most when I go in to a JJs. Never have I had an issue with this location. The staff are always friendly and in a great mood. My food has always been perfect and done quickly. The store always looks presentable and usually smells like fresh bread. Today I went in and before I could pay the gentleman making my sandwich sat it down next to me and said “sorry it took so long”. Again a perfect sandwich. I’m so glad this location is close to home. This place has very delicious food, and a nice atmosphere. The bathroom is stupidly funny and relatable. Really good stuff.
