Waited for ten mins for someone to show up at the counter while they were telling stories and laughing in the back. No one showed up nor cared to check if they had clients. I got Qdoba that is next to it instead where the personnel is actually always taking care of their customers.
The nicest employees! I have had numerous encounters where they went above expectations. Once I was ridiculous while ordering, not sure if i wanted it this way or that. I went back and fourth 3 times and I guy just kept changing it, pleasantly. When i apologized he told me it really wasn't a problem, as we all laughed about it. Another time I forgot to say "no mayo" on my online order and they completely remade my sub like it was nothing. 100% my mistake and they fixed it. I've tried order 3 times in 3 months and still have not been able to get the caprese sandwich.They never have it.They're always out of something.
