The nicest employees! I have had numerous encounters where they went above expectations. Once I was ridiculous while ordering, not sure if i wanted it this way or that. I went back and fourth 3 times and I guy just kept changing it, pleasantly. When i apologized he told me it really wasn't a problem, as we all laughed about it. Another time I forgot to say "no mayo" on my online order and they completely remade my sub like it was nothing. 100% my mistake and they fixed it. I've tried order 3 times in 3 months and still have not been able to get the caprese sandwich.They never have it.They're always out of something.
I ordered the Beach. They did not double the meat. Updated 9April2024 I ordered the Beach again and it did not have double meat. Seams to be an on going problem.
