Ask for a toasted Italian sub got a #5 not toasted. Ask when he hand to me is this toasted he say we can’t toasted original sub that not what I ordered but I will take it it made.plus the attitude from the staff. Maybe they were just as annoyed with one of the staff kids running around and being loud. So maybe your running a daycare and not a sub shop
I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s today. The customer service was awesome, the staff was so kind, and my sandwiches were delicious!
Came here on a Saturday and I’m pretty sure the entire crew working was in highschool and were getting crushed by the amount of orders and snobby customers standing around in the lobby. Like lol why don’t you try staffing appropriately - shout out to the 16 year olds who handled the swarm of customers and kept a straight face when some guy wouldn’t stop asking for napkins.
