Called to complain about a mistake on my sandwich and got hung up on multiple times and the team lead ( some guy with shaggy hair ) didn't even apologize for his mistake and refused to tell me a managers name but gave out his schedule I'm in here often and all the employees are out of uniform, don't seem to wash hands and honestly don't seem to care when it comes to customer service at all. I'm surprised this location stays open

I called to see if I could get a refund due to sending order to the wrong location. The man who answered was extremely rude and said he already made the sandwich and drove over there that he already “used the gas” and would not issue a refund. I placed the order about an hour to an hour and a half ago and found out it was the wrong place due to checking my email. I do not understand why they would not contact me if they have my contact information. Very unprofessional!

Do not order from this location. They sent my delivery order to uber. No, I want nothing to do with uber, I didn’t order from uber and I expect the restaurant to update the customer. I would cancel my order right away instead of getting anything from uber. 45 minutes later an uber drivers shows up with my order but absolutely not what I ordered. Great Jimmy John’s location Employees are very friendly and welcoming. They greet every customer who walks in and asks how your day is going. Interior of the restaurant and restrooms are clean. The sandwich I ordered on 9/21/26 which was a turkey tom was prepared very well and made quick in less than a minute I received my order. Even with this location being busy employees makes ordering easy and have orders ready in less than a minute. Conveniently located along Fish Hatchery Rd Will visit this location again.
