We walked in and were immediately met with the warmest liveliest welcome from each employee. They were so respectful and quick, while also producing some of the best jj sandwiches i have ever had. They not only got my order right, but loaded me up with extra turkey and had perfect proportioning to my mayo and lettuce. I will be making the drive from Chicago to visit this location again.
Ordered a sub at 8:50 said it would be delivered took my money and then closed and no sandwich! Horrible service should not had take. Order if not going to make. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not order from the Fitchburg store if you want your sandwich.
