I went through the drive thru and guy working the drive thru was super rude. He sat inside leaning against the counter mean mugging me. When I asked him why he was staring g at me he replied” I’m not allowed to look at you” I said no it’s rude to stare and you have an unpleasant demeanor. That is rude he continued to combat me. Don’t go there very unpleasant.
I ordered online and I don't know, if they were distracted or what. Everything was wrong. I circled it on my receipt.The first order they forgot to cut in half, forgot to send Mayo packets and napkins. The 2nd order it says no cheese and they put cheese on it. The 3rd order it said no lettice and they put lettuce on it, said to cut and they didn't and said need napkins. All they had to do was follow receipt. I really, really want to know how this location stays open. I love Jimmy John's and live across the street. I order food, hoping that this time will be different than the last, because I'm just not trying to accept that they can suck this bad, so consistently and over a pretty long period of time. Since Covid, this location has been totally whack, they can never hear you pull up to the drive thru. OR they just don't greet you. I'm not really sure. First time in at this location, was in disbelief at the wait, have i never waited so long over 1/2 hour. Was really up set when they kept putting orders ahead of us when we where there first. Management really needs looked into. I have gone to other JJ and they are alot faster how they should be, and respect the customers. This place definitely needs some work.
