Upon entering the restaurant with my daughter I inquired you as if we needed a key or a code to use the restroom. I was then told by the employee at the cash register that we needed to purchase something before we could use the restroom because it was for customers only. I then told her that I would really like to be able to use the restroom first and let my daughter use the restroom before we tried to stand there to figure out what we wanted in order to make our purchase. I wish I could've caught the name of the person at the window for my pickup. A black woman, so super sweet, 12pmish 12/30/2025. So very upbeat despite a clear lunch rush. This is the ONLY location that has executed my order to perfection. It's not even a complex order, but other locations mess it up every single time due to lack of detail. This is my new go to for lunch at work. The highlight is the woman at the window who clearly enjoys her job and interacting with others!

Qiana and Star really made my lunch. I was about to walk out and leave and these two took the time to tell me about different options and yummy things here. I truly appreciate their customer service and professionalism. Knowledge of the product and loads of personality. I will return SOON
