My whole overall experience was horrible for the first ever visit. They made my food with tomatoes not on the list so came back and made my food wrong again that's three trips now hopefully I don't have a problem getting my money back in the am. Alec I talked to on the phone said the restaurant is closed now made things worse by trying to argue about what the lady worker said I asked for both their names so I don't have a problem in the morning we shall see
Very slow No bread So many people just standing and talking
So I pull up to an empty drive thru lane and I'm to there was a shift change and it would be 5-10 minutes. On top of that they talk in some sort of ridiculous, accelerated speech. Will never visit Jimmy Johns again. EVER. Greet customers properly. Clownshow staff.
