They dropped a tub of old tuna they were throwing away and the juice splashed onto the food prep station— didn’t do anything about it.
Good sandwiches
The food's not bad, and the atmosphere is as good as you can expect in the inner city. The problem is the service. I've been to this location many times since I work nearby. Sometimes they're too slow (even though they often have a lot of employees standing around with seemingly nothing to do). Sometimes they're not slow but they don't follow the directions and end up botching the order. It definitely seems to be a management issue. Will never patronize a Jimmy Johns again for the rest of my life. They pulled a bait & switch with the Toasted Sandwich promotion that nobody was able to redeem. Inexcusable and epic fail by what I assume was an attempt to increase sales. Also the food is mid anyway.
I’ve been a regular for about 9 months now and throughout that time there have been 2 different crews on-staff. Both crews had amazing customer service and the food is always good. I’ll definitely continue to be a regular.
