I don't think I've seen 6 workers in an empty lobby care less about the 1 and only customer in the building. Between the woman employee sitting in the front listening to music on her phone or the 5 prisoners on work release behind the counter looking at the ceiling waiting for the other person to actually do work, it was a battle between them all to do the LEAST amount of work possible. SUBS SO SLOW YOU’LL FREAK! Oh wait, we didn’t even get subs because they ran out of bread!! How does a restaurant specializing in subs run out of bread!? Shouldn’t they be prepared? Poor management without even a simple apology. Had to ask for lids and straws. 45 minutes later, we get our 4 wraps. I’d give it a 0 if I could.
