Slowest fast food line i have ever waited in. Please dont go here
First off, I want to say the food was great and exactly as ordered, but that wasn't the issue here, it was the woman working. Today (3/7/25 @2:30 p.m) there were 2 employees working, 1 white male with ginger blonde hair, and a black woman with straight black hair and some pink color (I think). During the ordering process she was being hard on him for struggling to find a button on the screen, and when she saw what we ordered she made rude comments in front of us about how much work she has to do now. LarderRoom...UPDATE....Some of the reviews I've read seem underwhelming but I'd like to be fair. This location is across the street from Nationwide Arena. They get busy. They may even get overwhelmed! BUT they have always been kind, courteous and serving loaded delicious sandwiches. I find this place conveniently located to the parking garage and on the way to the Arena (or any event). Listen to LarderRoom, be patient. Its worth it!! Sandwich was gross and left me with awful lingering heartburn. Based on the stomach irritation and the general demeanor and attitude of the staff, I can guarantee that cleanliness and freshness are completely ignored. Just take a look at the staff and you'll see what I mean. I generally expect very little from Jimmy Johns but this one missed the mark completely.
Downtown location is fast and friendly.
