Walked in and felt like I was walking into a morgue. No greets. No smiles. Just a dead expression look of “ what do you want, I hate being here”. The restaurant inside is extremely dirty. Nobody bothers to wipe down tables. Nobody changes gloves. Jsut cross contamination over cross contamination. Would not recommend anyone to come here. I also find it funny that the owner only responds to complaints related to the restaurant but not its Employees. Like the girl who was so high she couldn’t even comprehend where she was.

Ordered 7 sandwiches at 11:22 and ended up taking 34 minutes total. About 20 minutes in, I politely asked where our order was. After another 10 minutes, I checked again and was yelled at by an employee across the sandwich counter. Ordered online and did not receive my entire order - also, sandwich described as toasted and hot - it was cold

Horrible that when writing reviews we all get the same automatic response. Delivery is quick however them making the sandwhich correctly is rare. We ordered delivery on 12/14/2025 received our order and one of the subs was incorrect. They put the incorrect cheese on the sub. This has happened consistently over the months. This includes adding no requested toppings or condiments. If this individual store isn't going to read the customizations or can't read them at all there is a bigger problem.
