Female employee was so high she was unable to comprehend orders. She repeatedly told customers she didn’t get any sleep the night before. At one point she tried to cram 6 sandwiches into one small bag. Employees had personal belongings on one of the 4 tables available in the restaurant and never offered to move them. This is the first poor service I’ve received at any Jimmy John’s.
Honestly the slowest JJ I’ve ever been to? Ha. Seriously man at the register taking his sweet time, needed me to do the card three times because he didn’t know the POS, one other employee working at the speed of a gas-station subway. Honestly, as fast as your average chain burger but not “subs so fast you freak”
Ordered on the mobile app, arrived 15 minutes later but the order hadn't even been started. Waited in curb side for another 15 minutes, still nothing. Went in to check on it and one person said they'd get STARTED on it. I then over hear the other person tell her they can't put our order in front of the other tickets. I stepped up and said I dont want to be rude but the table that I just saw get food walked in After we had checked in.
