The guy making the sandwiches made all the difference. He was awesome. Super friendly and even gave my little sister a free cookie.
I just want to shout out Cameron! I did an online order went to pick it up and there was a sign in the door that said "on a delivery be right back". So he was not only doing deliveries but running the store by himself.....he was pleasant and kind didnt complain that there were orders waiting for him and asked me to wait patiently which i was happy to do. Female employee was so high she was unable to comprehend orders. She repeatedly told customers she didn’t get any sleep the night before. At one point she tried to cram 6 sandwiches into one small bag. Employees had personal belongings on one of the 4 tables available in the restaurant and never offered to move them. This is the first poor service I’ve received at any Jimmy John’s.
Honestly the slowest JJ I’ve ever been to? Ha. Seriously man at the register taking his sweet time, needed me to do the card three times because he didn’t know the POS, one other employee working at the speed of a gas-station subway. Honestly, as fast as your average chain burger but not “subs so fast you freak”
