every single time without fail they forget something
The sandwich was terrible.
Ordered a Vito online, got it home and discovered there was no meat in it, just lettuce and onion. Called and got a sorry, but no offer to make it good. We have gone here quite a few times, so it's a mystery how you can forget the main ingredients.
Toasted chicken is delicious!
