My sandwich and customer service are always great
Delivery is a lost cause. "Freaky Fast" is a joke when it takes an hour and a half and uses Uber. Orders are *never* correct; they must make so much extra money by not sending everything. Save your money. EDIT: JJ replied and said to get in contact. I have completed reviews and feedback before, with absolutely no response, so spare us the lip service.
Although the cashier tried to great in a positive way, when I asked for a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. She responded with “I don’t know if I can do that.” To then proceed with my order and do it. ( a sandwich place can’t do a simple chicken sandwich!?!? SMH). I told her twice what I wanted and it was useless as she did not heat up the sandwich and did not put tomato or lettuce. Went to the store to order this evening. Emplyee was standing by the cash register, cell phone to her ear. I walked up to the register, she continued talking on the phone, occasionally glancing at me. This went on fo some time. After a minute of being ignored I went to leave but then thought perhaps I was being unreasonable. I gave it another minute. Now two minutes had passed, she was still chatting on the phone and showed no interest in serving me. I left. Shame really, I kind of liked the subs. Won't be going back.
Just like every other JJ's I've been to. Fast service, good sandwich, and friendly people working there.
